At Chidiyaa Summer Sale 2026, we want you to love your handcrafted summer pieces, but we offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy if you are not completely satisfied. Please note that items purchased during the peak clearance window are eligible for size exchanges or store credit only.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check & Packing

  Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached before placing them back in their original eco-friendly packaging.

• 3.
  Scheduled Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
